The ability to assess, intervene and reassess is a skill that takes patience and experience to develop. It’s a crucial step in the evolution of your practice, and a key to developing an individualized treatment based on individual limitations.

This 8 hour course is designed for the movement practitioner wishing to further develop assessment skills. As you know, not everyone is one size fits all, and the ability to vary an assessment based on thresholds is imperative.

In this interactive principle-strategy-application based workshop, participants will learn various assessments and the deeper understanding of why we do them. The movement practitioner will learn progressive and regressive strategies to incorporate into an assessment to find an individual threshold.
