The ability to assess, intervene and reassess is a skill that takes patience and experience to develop, and it’s a crucial step in the evolution of your practice. We believe it’s the key to developing an individualized treatment that’s based on the limitations of the individual.

This 8 hour course is designed for the movement practitioner that wishes to further develop their assessment skills. As you know, not everyone is one size fits all, and the ability to vary an assessment based on thresholds is imperative. In this interactive principle-strategy-application based workshop, participants will learn various assessments and the deeper understanding of why we do them. The movement practitioner will learn progressive and regressive strategies to incorporate the assessment strategies and overall capacity of the individual.

This course will focus on assessment strategies that will help you create customized treatment programs for key regions including:

General vestibulo-ocular integration

Gait assessment & musculoskeletal assessments for the:

-foot

-hip

-shoulder complexes

8am-5pm with 1 hour break.
